Another NDP leadership candidate is in Prince George hoping to woo votes from party members. Peggy Nash is one of seven candidates running for the leadership of the federal NDP. Out of the seven candidates, there are just two women, Nash and Niki Ashton. Peggy Nash is the MP for Parkdale High Park in Toronto. She held a meet and greet at Books and Company today and discussed her vision for the party. A new leader will be chosen for the party at the NDP convention on March 23rd and 24th.
