The Spruce Kings were knocked back into third place last night as Merritt beat Vernon. What a climb for the Kings last weekend. Their six point weekend on the road was a first for the Spruce Kings in the BCHL. They did manage to get five out of six points twice in three game road trips, but not a sweep.
